The One Day star plays Selina Kyle in The Dark Knight Rises, that she is currently filming with Christian Bale and Tom Hardy, and told chat show host Chelsea Handler “it takes a good deal of motivation” to wear the skin-tight costume.
Anne groaned: “The catsuit’s unforgiving, man. I’m a vegetarian and right now, I’m living on kale and dust for the training” she said on Tom Hardy Workouts.
She added: “It takes three of us [to get me into it], and the movie shoots a little over six months. It is not just ‘focus my efforts for one day’. I have to really get into it.”
The 28-year-old celebrity also revealed she had taken up Bikram yoga that can help her stay in shape for any film, and also confessed she did not used to be a enthusiast of exercise.
She said: “I’ve never really gotten over the hump. There is a workout hump where you’re so weak that you hate every little thing, everything is so agonizing and also you look like an idiot.
“The gym where I work out, I’d been literally doing exercises next to a pregnant Jessica Alba and she could do more push-ups than I could.”
Nonetheless Anne added that while she used to hate exercising, she has become “that person” who really enjoys exercising these days.
